Russell Bedford member firm DJH Mitten Clarke has announced its acquisition of Haines Watts Altrincham, further enhancing their position in the North-West. This strategic move comes as part of the firm's ongoing growth plans and recent partnership with private equity investor, Tenzing. 

The acquisition of Haines Watts Altrincham marks a significant milestone, as DJH Mitten Clarke aim to bolster their specialist expertise across the Group. The Altrincham office is widely recognised as an adviser to owner-managed businesses and as an expert in the education sector, a niche that aligns with DJH Mitten Clarke's commitment to delivering specialist advice to its clients.

Haines Watts Altrincham will be seamlessly integrated into DJH Mitten Clarke, becoming the Altrincham office for the Group. This transition, accompanied by substantial investment in facilities, training, wellbeing and recruitment, allows the Altrincham team to enhance their services and meet the evolving needs of clients. 

By providing on-the-ground operational support, the partnership aims to empower the Altrincham team to continue delivering exceptional client service and driving growth in the region.
