November 2016

Global professional services group Russell Bedford has further consolidated its presence in Europe, and particularly in France, with the addition of audit and accounting firm Saint-Honoré Partenaires as the network’s new member firm in central Paris.

Based in the central 8ème business district, Saint-Honoré Partenaires was formed through the merger of Burband Klinger & Associés and Sereg in 2010. The firm is now a full-service audit, accounting, tax and consulting practice with four partners and 60 staff, serving clients in the real estate, healthcare, automobile, wholesale and retail, and hotel, restaurant and leisure sectors. The firm’s specialist fields of expertise include auditing of listed entities, banks and mutual insurance companies, as well as accounting and tax, due diligence, valuation, internal control, IFRS consulting and restructuring services.

Russell Bedford CEO Alan Bezzant commented: “We are delighted to announce the strengthening of Russell Bedford’s position in France with the addition of Saint-Honoré Partenaires in the capital, alongside our existing French member firms. Saint-Honoré’s particular set of expertise will bring real value to the network.”

Frédéric Burband, managing partner of Saint-Honoré Partenaires, added: “Joining an established network like Russell Bedford is an important strategic move for us in delivering added value to our clients and extending our global reach. We are excited about our future prospects within the network and look forward to supporting our clients in their cross-border activities.”
