Russell Bedford names ASB as its first St Petersburg member firm

Founded in 1995 and now ranked among the top 100 audit and consulting firms in Russia, ASB has its headquarters on St Petersburg’s main thoroughfare, Nevsky Prospect, and an office in Sosnovy Bor (Leningrad Oblast).

With four principals, including managing partner Natalya Ershova, and a staff of more than 60, the firm provides a wide range of services with a focus on audit and accounting (including IFRS), domestic and cross-border tax planning, legal advisory services and litigation support.

The firm counts among its clients some of north-west Russia's leading industrial enterprises including major timber producers and power and utility companies. ASB enjoys a particular reputation as an adviser to a number of the most significant scientific and technology research centres in the region.
